Rep. Barney Frank Asks Obama to Veto Anti-Gay DADT Language in Defense Bill

Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) and three other members of Congress sent a formal letter to President Obama to request that he make it explicit that he will also veto a bill that would in any way undermine a military that does not discriminate unfairly.   Last month, the White House released its Statement of Administrative Policy H.R. 1540 – National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2012 which condemns the DADT repeal delays.
