Gay& Lesbian Advocates & Defenders has published its guide, Protecting Families:
Standards for LGBT Families which is a must-read for all lesbian and gay couples. The guide underscores the importance of obtaining legal recognition for your family and working with a knowledgeable attorney to make sure that you have the protections you need.
